Dean and Ruth have been married for 6 years and lived in Hemel Hempstead, UK. Dean has led Crossover, a Christian charity which goes into secondary schools taking assemblies and RE lessons/clubs. Ruth was primary school teacher for 8 years.
Last year they felt God calling them to serve Him in full time ministry and applied to Latin Link. They were accepted onto the Stride program and were given a placement in Sucre, Bolivia. After much fund raising they decided to go in September 2007 for a 2 year commitment.
Whilst in Sucre their address is Casilla 215, Sucre, Bolivia and will be using Skype ( name : deansuch) to keep in touch with friends. Any parcels – especially chocolate and tea bags would be gladly received….
They are working with students and in a poor area of Sucre at a children’s education center. They also are involved with short term missions and training people in drama and in strategies for children’s work.

wow what your doing in bolivia looks amazing! hope you are both ok and keeping busy! we miss you loads at crossover we haven’t had many people since the start of term but last week i think we filled the room!
